I AM DEBBIE IRELAND
I am known for being a courageous catalyst for change. With 25 years working in the online collaboration space with Microsoft technologies and digital transformation, I have helped 100’s of businesses with the people and behavioural elements of technology.
Underlying any organisational change, is personal transformation, which has to be my biggest passion. Through my own self-development journey, and my desire to focus on what “matters most” , I have found contentment in my own work-life imbalances.
This led me to publishing a book dispelling the myths of Work Life Balance.
I deliver practical guidance for others on the path to “Recharge“. I love seeing the lightbulb moments, as people discover their own path and this program is an extension of that.
